Remarks

  1. Important Note for Mobile Banking / QR Code Payments:

    • Paying from a Computer? Scan the QR code using your phone’s camera app or a standard QR scanner app (NOT the scanner inside your banking app).

    • Paying from your Mobile Phone? You should be automatically redirected to your chosen banking app to complete the payment.

  2. Verify all details are correct before processing payment.
  3. To be eligible for the early bird rate, the registration payments must be paid before May 30, 2025, at 23:59 hrs. (GMT +7).
  4. For the regular rate, registration payments made between June 1 and June 10, 2025, at 23.59 hrs. (GMT +7) are subject to the regular rate.
  5. Each presenter or co-presenter should proceed with payment individually.
  6. The registration fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.
  7. The registration fee includes a two-day pass to the conference sessions, lunches and refreshments, electronic conference materials, and electronic certificates.
